I LOVED living in Georgia so much, that I wanted to consider myself a southerner, even though I grew up in Vermont. Well, seeing as I didn't even know that there was such a thing as Confederate Memorial Day, I guess I wasn't really much of a southerner.
I thought of you while we were in Williamsburg a couple of weeks back...there was this dress shop that sold dresses like the ones you and your mom were wearing in that picture...
